Led the development and installation of a management and billing system designed to streamline business operations. This project included configuring and maintaining CRM tools and Active Directory, implementing a human resources management solution, and setting up an access management system. Additionally, I developed a multi-site commercial and logistics environment, provided technical support, and maintained the IT infrastructure. The project also involved managing human resources and providing training to internal teams to ensure effective use of the system.
